MAGGIE J - THE MYNDFUL CHEF
Maggie J. is a personal chef, recipe developer and blogger based in NYC, London, SF & Napa and Bali.

Growing up, she has lived over 16 years in Italy, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Croatia, Thailand, Uganda, Ghana, France, China and Zimabwe, among other countries. Her years abroad influenced her passion for world cuisine. Today she draws from the healing cuisine and modalities of regions across the world, developing health-supportive dishes and recipes for the myndful eater.

She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and studied nutrition at the graduate level at Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy, where she also completed her undergraduate studies.

In addition, she holds a Masters of Science degree in Global Management, with a focus on Global Finance. A former Investment Banker, she quit to pursue her passions in the culinary realm.
