Moist Oatmeal-based Banana Bread.
Approximately 12 Servings
Ingredients
Dry
1 and 1/4 C Flour (I use either 1)Oat Flour or 2)A 50:50 blend of Oat and Coconut Flour)
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 C turbinado or coconut sugar (can use any sugar, e.g. brown)
Wet
1/3 Melted Coconut Oil
2 Very Ripe bananas
1 t vanilla extract
1t ACV
1/4 to1/3C water (Depending how moist you prefer)
Method
1) Mix Dry ingredients in one bowl
2) In another bowl, mash bananas and add other wet ingredients
3) Add wet to dry ingredients.
4) Use an oiled baking loaf pan to bake at 350F for 40-45mins.
Optional: Garnish (pre-oven) with walnuts or banana slices
